NEW in 2024, our Aerials program is advancing to great heights over the past 3 years!
Focusing on skills, safety & performance ability, our acrobatics program gives us an edge over our competition – creating aerialists with amazing strength, flexibility & stamina.

LYRA

Also known as an Aerial Hoop, Lyra is a circular apparatus that resembles a hula hoop. Lyra is one of the more popular apparatus, perfect for beginners or advanced aerialists. Lyra focuses on strength and flexibility to combine poses and spins whilst suspended in the air.

HAMMOCK

Hammock is made up from a single loop of fabric, connected in two positions at the top, creating a swing like appearance. Hammock is a great way to introduce you into silks, learning about grip strength and flexibility whilst executing poses in the air.

SILKS

Silks consist of two pieces of material connected from one point at the top. Silks use amazing strength and flexibility whilst aerialists climb, wrap themselves and perform remarkable drops.

Our aerials program has three levels; recreational, development and competition. This means no matter if your just starting out, or you’ve been training for years, we can find the right class for you!
